Virginie Tokha is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in chronic and complex wound management. She provides advanced wound care services to patients in home health, assisted living, rehabilitation, and post-acute care settings throughout Pennsylvania and Maryland.
Many patients experience wounds that do not heal properly due to underlying medical conditions, limited mobility, or interruptions in continuity of care. Virginie’s focus is to bring specialized wound care directly to where patients live, allowing them to receive expert treatment without the challenges of traveling to outpatient clinics.
Through Optimal Wound Care, she works closely with home health agencies, physicians, case managers, and senior care facilities to ensure patients receive timely evaluations, evidence-based treatment, and consistent follow-up care.
